RETURN
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.  Returns are made at the expense of the buyer. To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
– All tags must be attached.

REFUND
You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Returns are made at the expense of the buyer. The package must be sent within 14 days after receipt.

Shipping across Dubai is carried out by courier service. For orders below 400 AED shipping costs 15 AED. Shipping for orders above 400 AED is free. It's made within 2-4 working days of purchase. Shipments are not made on Sundays and state holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
